Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By registering for or using TradeEximOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.
  • These Terms apply to all users — individuals, organisations, or entities — that access the platform in any capacity.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • TradeEximOS offers Free, Professional, Enterprise, and Business plans. Paid plans are billed either monthly or annually as chosen at the time of subscription.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST at 18%). The displayed plan price is the final amount you pay — no additional tax is charged at checkout.
  • Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year and attract a 20% discount over equivalent monthly billing.
  • A 14-day free trial is available on select paid plans. No credit card is required to start the Free plan.

3. No Refunds Policy

  • All payments made to TradeEximOS are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription charge has been processed, it cannot be reversed, credited, or transferred — regardless of usage.
  • This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions alike. Partial-period refunds (e.g., cancelling mid-month) are not issued.
  • If you believe a charge was made in error due to a technical fault on our end, you may raise a dispute within 7 days of the charge by contacting support@tradeeximOS.com. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
  • Promotional or discounted payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Plan Upgrades

  • You may upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • When upgrading mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days of the current billing period at the new plan rate.
  • All upgraded features, limits, and capabilities become available as soon as the upgrade payment is confirmed.

5. Plan Downgrades & Cancellations

  • Downgrading to a lower plan is not immediate. A downgrade request will be queued and applied at the end of your current billing period.
  • During the remaining period after a downgrade request, you retain access to your current plan's features and limits.
  • You may cancel a pending downgrade at any time before the billing period ends, and your plan will remain unchanged.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • Data retention after downgrade or cancellation follows our Privacy Policy. See Section 7 for details.

6. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to use TradeEximOS to transmit spam, malware, or any unlawful content.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform's APIs or infrastructure beyond permitted use.
  • TradeEximOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice or refund.
  • Each account must be used by a single organisation. Reselling access or sharing credentials across unrelated organisations is prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

  • TradeEximOS may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
  • Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cancel your subscription before the effective date.
