What it does
Rather than forcing you into a marketplace, you assign the partners you already trust to each role on a shipment — customs house agent, freight forwarder, bank and more. Each partner gets access scoped to only their steps.
How it works
Assign a role to an internal team member or an external partner. External partners sign in through a separate partner portal and see only the jobs and steps assigned to them — never your wider workspace. They complete their steps and upload documents, and the job updates in real time.
