Brief the AI Content Studio and get on-brand copy back.
Follow these steps
1
Open the AI Content Studio
Find it under Marketing in the sidebar. It opens onto the same conversation interface as the AI assistant, with a workspace for the piece of content you’re building alongside the chat.
2
Brief it in one message
Say what you need — a LinkedIn post announcing something, a promotional email, a product image at a specific size — and which platform it’s for. The more specific the brief, the closer the first draft lands.
3
Let it build the draft, not just describe it
The assistant writes the actual post or email into a draft you can see and edit in the workspace — copy, hashtags, and any design — rather than only describing it back to you in the chat.
4
Ask for changes by name
Refer to what you want changed — "make it shorter", "the LinkedIn one", "swap the image" — and it edits that exact draft in place rather than starting over.
5
Review, then publish or schedule
Open the review step before anything goes out: check the text and images per platform, then post immediately or schedule it, or save an email as a reusable template for next time.
The draft is the source of truth
Whatever the assistant says in chat isn’t itself the post — only what lands in the draft workspace can be edited, scheduled or published. If you don’t see it in the workspace, it hasn’t been created yet.
