Upload your first certificate

Attach a compliance certificate to a product or job.

Attach a certificate to a product

  1. 1

    Assign the certification first

On the product's Compliance step, add the certification it holds — e.g. ISO 9001, FSSAI, CE Marking — from the searchable list, or type your own if it isn't listed. Save the product.
  2. 2

Open the product and attach the proof

On the product detail page, each certification badge that doesn't yet have a document shows an "Attach Certificate" button.
  3. 3

Upload the PDF and its details

Upload the certificate PDF, and optionally record its certificate number, issue date and expiry date so the platform can track whether it's still current.
  4. 4

    Replace or remove it later

A newer certificate can replace the old file at any time from the same badge. Removing the certification itself from the product hides the document but doesn't delete it — reattach the certification and the same document reappears.

Expiry is tracked automatically

Once you set an expiry date, the product page shows "Valid until" or an "Expired" badge — computed live against today's date, not something you have to update yourself.

This guide covers product certifications. For how certificate-style documents (like a Certificate of Origin) also show up as required steps on a job, see the Certificates doc.
