Turn on interaction analysis and read your first deal score.
Follow these steps
1
Connect an inbox
Link your Gmail or Outlook mailbox as a connector. There’s no separate switch for interaction analysis — the moment a real customer email syncs in against an opportunity’s contact, it becomes an interaction and is queued for analysis automatically.
2
Let a sync batch run
Each batch of synced email is analyzed together, and the credit charge happens once per batch rather than once per message. If your credit balance runs out mid-batch, the remaining emails are still stored — they’re marked to catch up later rather than lost.
3
Read the evidence on an interaction
Open an opportunity and its Interactions tab. Every objection and buying signal you see is shown next to the buyer’s own quoted words, along with the next step that was actually agreed and how clear it was.
4
Run the opportunity-level AI Analysis
From the opportunity workspace, click "Run Analysis" for a win probability, sentiment trend, engagement level, the next best action, risk factors and strengths, and a suggested follow-up email you can send straight from the card.
5
Know what feeds the deal score
Behind these views, every analyzed interaction updates an explainable 0-100 deal score built from weighted signals — reciprocity, sentiment trend, next-step clarity, MEDDPICC qualification and more — banded strong / healthy / at_risk / critical.
Every quote is real
Objections and buying signals are only ever shown with a verbatim quote that the system has checked is an exact match for something the buyer actually wrote. A claim the model can’t back with a real quote is dropped before it’s ever stored.
