Build your first lead-capture form

Create a form, share or embed it, and route submissions into your CRM.

Follow these steps

  1. 1

    Create the form

In Forms, create a new form with a name and a type — lead capture, contact/enquiry, survey, or event registration — then open the builder.
  2. 2

    Add fields

Drag fields from the palette onto the canvas: standard lead or sales fields (like email or company), or a custom field of your own. Set each field’s label, whether it’s mandatory, and how much row width it takes.
  3. 3

    Add actions to route submissions

Define what happens on submit — create a lead, create a sales opportunity, notify the form owner, send a webhook, run AI analysis, or tag the submission. An action can run conditionally, and you can combine several conditions with "match all" or "match any" logic.
  4. 4

    Publish and share it

Publish the form, then share its public link or copy the embed snippet to drop it into any page as an iframe.
  5. 5

    Review submissions

Each submission arrives with a computed score, spam/duplicate flags, and the UTM source it came from. The form’s Analytics tab summarizes totals and top sources.

Order your actions deliberately

An action that creates a sales opportunity depends on a lead already existing, so it needs a "create lead" action earlier in the list — the builder warns you if the ordering doesn't support it.
