Marketing

Launch your first campaign

Build an audience segment and launch a campaign to reach it.

Follow these steps

  1. 1

    Build an audience list

In Marketing Lists, create a new list with a name and description. Add filter conditions (like lead status, source or score) to build a dynamic list that recalculates on its own, or skip filters for a static list you add leads to by hand. A live preview shows exactly who matches as you build the filter.
  2. 2

    Create the campaign

In Campaigns, create a new campaign with a title, an objective, a duration in days, and a target audience — primary, secondary, or both.
  3. 3

    Link a workflow

Open the campaign and create a linked workflow to define what actually happens. The workflow canvas lets you add trigger, content, send, wait and condition steps that act on the campaign’s audience.
  4. 4

    Launch it

When you’re ready, launch the campaign to move it from draft to active. From the same detail page you can pause, resume, mark it complete, or archive it later.

Dynamic vs. static lists

A dynamic list recalculates its members whenever you ask it to, based on its filter conditions. A static list only changes when you add or remove leads yourself — useful for a one-off, hand-picked audience.
