Design, schedule and send a branded email campaign.
Follow these steps
1
Create an email template
In Email Templates, build one in the drag-and-drop block editor, or write HTML directly for a legacy template. Give it a subject line and preview text before you use it.
2
Set up the campaign
Create a new email campaign: name it, choose which audience list(s) it goes to, decide whether it’s a one-off send to today’s list members (snapshot) or an ongoing sequence that keeps enrolling new members (continuous), and pick who it sends from — a verified sending domain, AWS SES, or a connected Gmail/Outlook account.
3
Build the sequence
In the sequence builder, add one or more emails. Each one has its own template and its own wait time before it goes out, so you control the drip timing email by email.
4
Start it and watch the results
Send now, or schedule a start date and time. Once it’s running, the campaign’s Overview tab shows sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced and unsubscribed counts as they come in.
Audience comes before content
You need at least one list before a campaign can send — attach it when you set up the campaign, not as an afterthought. Leaving a list never removes anyone from an already-running campaign; list membership and campaign enrolment are tracked separately.
