Basic info
Name, description, price and currency are required. Cost price and stock quantity are optional and stay internal — cost price is never shown to a buyer.

EXIM trade
Search for the HSN code by description or code, then set country of origin and unit of measure. All three are required for export/import declarations.

Logistics
Gross and net weight, carton dimensions and packing type — these are what freight and customs calculations run on. They're optional, but fill in all three dimensions together if you want a computed volume.

Compliance
Attach any certifications the product holds from the curated list — or add one as a custom certification if yours isn't listed. These appear on your shared catalogue.
Attach proof after saving
The Compliance step only records which certifications apply. To attach the actual certificate PDF, save the product first, then attach it from the product detail page — see the Certificates guide.
