Connectors

Every supported integration, OAuth setup, and what data each connector syncs.

What it is

Connectors link an outside account — Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp — to your organization via OAuth. Everything is scoped per brand: a connection made under one brand isn't visible to another.

Connecting

Every provider follows the same pattern: TradeEximOS asks the provider for an authorization URL, you approve access on the provider's own consent screen, and the provider redirects you back with a success or error message. Salesforce additionally stores its own Connected App credentials per connection; Gmail and Outlook read their client credentials from platform configuration, not from your connection.

Status is derived, not a fixed list

Most connectors don't have a single "status" field — whether one is healthy is worked out from whether it's active, whether its last check succeeded, and whether its access token has expired. Only the platform's own sending-domain setup has a real status enum (pending/verified/failed).

What's not live yet

Twitter, HubSpot, SAP, Google Analytics and the OpenAI/Anthropic/Google AI model connectors exist as configuration options but are marked "Coming Soon" — connecting one isn't possible from the UI today.
