Media Uploads
How file uploads work across Content Studio, brand assets and job documents — size limits, storage, and where each upload actually lives.
What it is
A shared upload mechanism, not a standalone "media library" page: your browser sends the file to TradeEximOS, which uploads it to storage on your behalf and hands back a link you can use straight away. Files are streamed back through TradeEximOS when viewed, rather than served from a public URL, so access still depends on being logged into your organization.

Where uploads are used
The same shared uploader backs file attachment in Content Studio (publishing images/video with a post), exporting a design as a deck or document, embedding your brand logo into generated documents, and attaching media when publishing to a connected social account.
No thumbnails, no shared gallery
Uploads aren't resized or given a preview thumbnail, and there's no central place listing every file your organization has ever uploaded. Reuse means re-uploading, or keeping the link from the first upload.Job and product files are different
Documents on a trade job, generated brand documents, and product photos each use their own dedicated storage — not the shared uploader above — with their own size limits and rules specific to that feature.
